Terms and conditions

GENERAL

This is an agreement between Skyss (supplier of Skyss Ticket app) and the Customer (user of Skyss Ticket app).

The agreement entitles the Customer to use a Mobile Account, bankcard and phone bill as means of payment for the tickets offered at all times. The Customer is responsible for keeping informed about which ticket types can be bought via the mobile application, and the terms and conditions that apply. A detailed description of ticket types, terms and conditions, prices and means of payment is available under 'Info and Prices' in the application.

The agreement entitles Skyss to charge the Customer's mobile account/bank card/phone bill for the price of the tickets he or she buys.

CARD SECURITY

All transactions involving payment cards (Visa/Mastercard) will be processed by Nets. Nets supplies payment, card and information solutions in the Nordic countries, and it has a secure electronic payment solution. Nets ensures that all card information is stored securely and in accordance with the card companies' rules. No information about the payment card will be stored in the application or by Skyss.

TERMINATION

The Customer is entitled to terminate the agreement at any time. This is done by uninstalling the mobile application. Any personal information such as email address and saved debit cards must be deleted in advance. This can also be done on the web login.

If the Customer has a remaining balance in his/her Mobile Account, he/she can apply for a refund if the remaining balance is more than NOK 50. Any refund will be credited to the bank card/bank account used to top up the Mobile Account. A refund must be applied for within 80 days of termination of the agreement.

Skyss may terminate the agreement with the Customer by giving prior written notice if Skyss ceases to offer the tickets, changes the tickets significantly or if, for some other reason, it is no longer an option to continue the agreement. If Skyss terminates the agreement, the balance remaining in the Mobile Account will be refunded.
